Contrly ("we", "us") is a contract acquisition service for commercial cleaning companies, based in Houston, TX. This policy explains what we collect when you visit contrly.ai or book a fit call, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, mobile number, company name, the types of clients you serve, an approximate monthly revenue range, any notes you add, the time you pick, and whether you want text reminders.
- Where you came from: campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or gclid), so we know which ads or emails work.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic data such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To schedule your call, call you at that time, and send confirmations and reminders.
- To prepare for the call and decide whether our service fits your business.
- To follow up about the call and our service. You can opt out anytime.
- To protect the booking form from spam and abuse.
- To understand which of our marketing works.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
We only send text messages if you check the box when booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
Service providers
- GoHighLevel stores our bookings and contacts and sends confirmations and reminders on our behalf.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs a privacy-friendly check (Turnstile) that tells people and bots apart.
- If we use analytics or advertising tools (for example Google or Meta), they may set cookies to measure visits and ad performance.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records while they're useful for our relationship with you and as required by law. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've shared with us, and you can cancel a booking anytime using the link in your confirmation or the find my booking page.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
